I updated my device software. After update when two or more new messages appear on home screen, I can see only first line of messages. I write a mention to @BlackBerryHelp but noone reply my tweet, so I tried to sent a direct message but it is impossible because I can send direct message to my followers. I add a screen munch to my tweet, also I add munch here(bottom). 

current version is 6.0 Bundle 2949

Do a search for unread messages using the steps here:

It will find that second "hidden" item.

Not sure why @BlackBerryHelp didn't respond.  Seems kind of frustrating if they won't respond.  They probably get a lot of requests all the time, but still no excuse.

This is not solution. First unread message is white, but second unread message is black. So I can't see. Before update all of unread message are white.

Have you tried a battery pull?  Can you delete or mark them as read and see what happens on your next set of messages?

When somebody write his problem, @BlackBerryHelp want to sent direct message to him.

Gotcha, so everytime you receive 2 new messages, 1 is white, the other is black?

I tried 3 message mark unread and it is solved.
