Problem receiving email real time

Hi Forum,

 

I am new to this. I have a 8800 device using Vodafone Essar in Mumbai, India. I have a strange problem. When I configure my office email (MS outlook web access), I don't receive emails real time and frequently I am asked to re-validate my account. My Yahoo email box seems to be working just perfect.

 

Any support would be appreciated.
