Hi,
I purchased a Bold which has already been registered to the previous owners BIS with O2. The seller is ignoring me (it's been 2 weeks and countless emails), and O2 won't remove the device from the BIS for me ![]()
I need them to remove it so I can use it with Vodafone BIS.
Any help on how else I can get the device removed would help immensely.

You need to call the carrier yourself if the previous owner won't,be nice, they don't have to do it for you.
Or return the device to the seller and get your money back.
