Dear tbilisoft ,

 

i'm new with the storm and i have the same problem in my phone caused by etisalat ( service provider) ... i tried your solution and downloaded the ziped file and tried to run remove registration.bat

it seems like not opining

 

would you please give me a step by step instruction to finish this issue as the battery is killing me

Hello, that's strange because that zip file composed without compression.

 

Check the attached file below these words.

 

I recomposed it with maximum compression level.

 

There are the same files inside.

 

Download the zip below, unpack it, connect the device and run "Remove registration.bat"

 

Check this and post here how it is going.
