Setting up Yahoo mail on Blackberry... Help!!!

First time user to blackberry and was trying to setup email on it... Gmail was very quick, but yahoo just won't setup. I tried the help desk of the network provider (Batelco in Bahrain). They have told me that to get Yahoo on Blackberry you need to subscribe to the premium service Yahoo Plus ($20 per year). Please confirm if this is true, none of the support forums on Yahoo suggest that you need to subscribe to Plus to get access

Not true. The free version of Yahoo mail works perfectly fine on the BlackBerry.

Hi,

 

Great to hear this and thanks for the quick response, can you please advise how I should resolve this problem... any setting I need to enable in my Yahoo account inorder to access via blackberry...
