My device (Bold 9900) asked me if I wanted to update my software, I agreed but the update has taken a loooong time and the processing has stopped! now I can't use it HELP

Plug your phone in to your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software. Click Device at the top of the software then Update to reload your phone's OS.
If your phone won't connect to BDS, have a look at this article:
