Hi,

Can someone tell me how I can petition RIM to add the Root CA certificate for StartCom Ltd to the BIS servers? https://www.startcom.org/

I have one of their SSL certificates on my mail server but because BIS does not have their Root CA certificate, it's rejected when my BB tries to send mail back though my server - oddly it seems to be able receive them. I can access it fine from every other device I have (Symbian, WinMo, Maemo), Outlook and Thinderbird have no issues and also their web certificate is fine with every browser.

is this because of the same reason (Issued by StarCom )

Anyone? This is tiresome not being able to get BIS to work.

Please add their root certificate so that I can use sites that use their certificates, including one of my own.
