I was hacked today and had to change all my e-mail passwords. Now I am unable to access my e-mail accounts on my Blackberry BECAUSE, when I change my password, Blackberry says they will send the new password to my phone - and of course I cannot access the e-mail accounts or the new password there. I need the answer and new passwords to be sent to my e-mail accounts, so they will show up on my computer!
Can you help? I have been TRYING to get help from Blackberry for several hours. You are my last resort.

what a crazy loop! Can you call the carrier and have them reset it on BIS? What kind of accounts? yahoo, gmail, etc?

Part of my frustration is that there is NO WAY to speak to ANYONE at Blackberry. I talked with my phone carrier, with both e-mail people - they were all very helpful, but this problem is simply unsolvable except, hopefully, through this forum, because Blackberry has closed off all one-on one conversation. I do not want to put this problem on Facebook (which I have) or Twitter (which I don't).

What kind of emails accounts? I don't understand why blackberry would send you information that you can't access. I didn't know that they did personal email support. Was this an online chat or phone call? is there an email account you have access to so the information can be sent there?

I have cox and yahoo. Both are working fine on my computer, which is where I am now. I just cannot access the accounts on Blackberry. See why in my original e-mail. Thanks!

Gotcha, Delete the email accouns on the blackberry if they are still on there.
You can do this on the phone through email setup or here:
http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?
Next, go to this link from your phone: mobile.blackberry.com
On that page, Scroll to Communicate, click on Email, and setup from there.

Again, I cannot access my e-mail accounts on my Blackberry phone because I cannot get past the name and password problem. I do not have a "blackberry account" per se because this is a personal account, so I cannot delete from that location.
Do you have another idea of how I might get to my e-mail accounts within my phone to delete them without going through set-up?

ok, let me make sure I understand. You have two email accounts that you can access on the computer correct?
When you say you cannot get past the name and password problem, where is this happening?
If you can access the yahoo and other email account what happens when you go to mobile.blackberry.com and try to set them up?
Are you able to access https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=mycingula
If not the carrier can help get you in there to manage your accounts.

You are not going to believe this - when I tried to put in my name and password into the site you suggested (yes, I could get it), it would not accept the name and password. . .so I tried to start from scratch. . .it would not accept my pin nor my IMEI! Frustration. . .You are trying to be very helpful, but I just keep going up blind alleys!

I believe you because I had the same issue trying to login to my carriers BIS site.
I had to call my carrier, they reset that password so I could login to manage my email accounts.
