Unable to access/open BlackBerry Messenger.

I am unable to access my BBM. As my cell got off , I got my cell's battery Charge and try it. Still it didn't open .later I open my battery while my cell was on and restart it atleast 4 times. I didn't got adject report in support.

Kindly, suggest some info as I brought my cell in month of late Nov 2011. Its BlackBerry Curve 9360.

I did it my own. Adminastrator thanx 4 ur no replies n no support towards my prblm.
