Update needed?

i have a problem that is driving me absolutely up the wall...

my 9900 has had problems from day 1 ive had it two months now and its going from one thing, to another.

pretty weird problem really, was on my phone the night before all night, worked fine, then i went to charge it because it died, so i plugged it in, started working fine, then i woke up the next morning, phone wouldnt turn on, red light flashing for about 30 seconds then going off, ive tried EVERYTHING. Battey pull, connecting it to USB, to the desktop software but it wont connect, the computer only finds it when the light flashes on... then when it goes off, the computer disconnects... a simular situation happened two days ago but it lasted 5 mins then kickstarted back into life loading the OS, i've looked some stuff up and it says to install the firmware upgrade, is the operating system, or is it the battery? HELP!?

Personally, I'd recommend you return the device to your seller and get a warranty exchange.

You should not be having those issues with a brand new device.

really ? I didn't think it was that bad, its still not working now though, i'm going to go back to the shop and see what they say

Yeah, it is that bad. As JSanders recommended, it's got to go back. Ask no more questions about it........just take it back.
