bbm display pictures

hi there!

i can not see my bbm contacts display pictures n they cannot see my display picture/ could it be because i did a secruity wpe on my bb 2 months ago?

no i didnt restore my bbm contacts after i wiped my phone i just re added them

Hi,

My BBM display picture is not updating on my contacts phones.

My new contacts have no BBM pics displaying and my older contacts display pictures are fine.

I have read that I just have to be patient but it's been 2 weeks now. I havent updated software or anything like that so am really confused and frustrated.
