bbm help

for the past two day i have been unable to use bbm or get email thought the problem had been fixed as it was working this morning but then it stopped again what is going on as all you get off blackberry is we are working on it

From all I have read, that about sums it up. Be patient, I know it's hard, I've been there myself.
