Hi - you can download the Desktop Software from the following BlackBerry site:

 

http://ca.blackberry.com/software/desktop.html

 

Simply follow the links on the site to download the file.  After it downloads, install the file. Once it is fully installed, power down your BB handheld and connect it to your PC.  The Desktop Software makes it very easy as it does all of the work.  Be sure to budget approx 1 hour to go through the process of re-installing the O/S.
