hi,im ain.its really maing my head hurt when my bb internet service wont work. emel cant come in,my bbm is not connected,and i cant use any bb apps at all!! i jus changed the service provider from maxis to celcom. so since the celcom line was activated few days ago, that moment my bis didnt work. pliss help me

Have you called Cellcom and inquired if the device is provisioned to their network?
They will need the IMEI and device PIN on your account.

i tried calling them but they didnt mentioned bout pin and all.if i called them, how do i address my problem?
really killing me when i cant send emel thru my bb. ![]()
