Yes, this is a truly evil problem. Unfortunately the Vodafone Custumer representatives were still not able to provide an answer. Anyway, I made a complaint on the phone addressed to the Vodafone Tech Service. If there is still no satisfaction, I will send the complaint in hard copy - usualy they strive to solve it when a hard copy complaint is being pressed.
