internet problam-8520

Whenever I try to download a file from the internet,it says "download fail"...please help me :smileysad:

Size of the file maybe 920kb or 2,5kb,,,file like Videos and Mp3 from Zonkewap

Ok, I just downloaded on 1.5mb mp3 file from that illegal music pirating site. Worked for me.(Now to delete the stolen music),

 

Are you connected to WiFi?

  • Can you open your browser and click Menu > Options > and find the function to clear the browser cache.
  • Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
  • Now, try downloading again.
