my phone won't show the pictures on BBM

When people send me a picture on BBM, I can't see it, it will tell the that i have been sent one but I can't see the actual picture, anybody know why or what I can do to stop this?

Open your BlackBerry Messenger, press the Menu key > About BlackBerry Messenger.

What is the version you have installed?

 

If it is not 6.2.0.44, then I'd recommend that you delete BBM  and reinstall from www.blackberry.com/bbm
