can somebody please help me, ive had a blackberry today and loved it. someone i was speaking to told me to download the new messenger and i did but now its gone :-( ive reinstalled a few times with no luck and have tried to reinstall via the net and my desktop software. According to that its still on my phone but i cant find it anywhere. Please help somebody :-( I have a curve 8520

On your home screen click the menu and the show all. You may have inadvertently hidden the icon. My wife did this a couple of times. If so uncheck hide. Hope this helps

check : options - advance options - applicatition

ıf you can see your messenger program delete it.

and send service book. ıf your messenger windows live messenger

or ıf you use blackberry messenger connect blackberry desktop manager and select application loader and add/remote program and select blackberry messenger and update it.
