The easiest thing you can do right now, if you have your USB cord and access to a computer is a clean application load of your device software.
To do this you will need to first back up your device, then follow the link below for the steps to complete this.

Be sure to test the device before restoring any data to it.

Hey... I have changed my phone 3 times already
..... the first one froze like literally every 5 min. the second one was working good but when I left it for 2 min .. inactive... it froze again .. I swear I had it to pull the batt out prob. like 20 times a day, and the 3rd one... same thing, it freezes every time I leave it there for two seconds... I dont really now what to do.. Im getting stress and sick of it, I have done everything that I can, I have wiped off several times, I have upgrade the software and nothing is working please help me ![]()

Are you restoring data from a back up or an old device? If so try this:
1. Backup your device.
2. Wipe your device
3. Test to see if the issues are resolved.
Doing this will ensure that no user data is the cause of the hanging that you describing. If the hanging continues, then its possible software or hardware.
If the issue seems resolved, try restoring the following by doing an advance restore as seen below:
