OK, so that's step 3. If you have also already done steps 1 and 2, then you can proceed to step 4 (if needed) and then to step 5.

Hi I eventually found out how to update and re install my blackberry, but the I just done a diognostics test and it says my apn is empty I don't understand

APN is not required to be filled in...it can vary by carrier, so you'd have to ask them if the result you have is a problem or can be ignored.
