reload software: 507

hi all,

 

a friend give me his blackberry to upgrade the software, i did all the steps , now i'm stuck with this white screen showing "reload software: 507"

i tried to reload the software throw bb desktop , also by using Apploader , but it's not working,, it move to "recconect to JVM" and then the white screen pops

 

any solution for this white screen ?

If you get a 507, unplug your phone from BlackBerry Desktop Software, shut down the software, then try it again.  The software is quite smart and if it can't detect a proper OS on the connected phone, it will ask you if you want to reload the OS.

 

But here's the catch:  It doesn't always want to co-operate on the first try.  I've had a phone or two that took me 3-4 attempts before it would connect and offer a reload of the OS.  The secret is persistence.  Please keep trying until it decides to give you  what you're looking for.

it show me that this mobile need to reload os , i check reload , it go well , then the phone restart it self and show the 507 error , and the bb desktop manager keep showing "reconnect to JVM" after that it show me error message saying that there is no device connected
