telnet?

I seriously want to know, does the blackberry have any version of the telnet protocol that I don't have to pay 390 bucks for? One other question, does it have a file managing application for the device? Aka explore like windows maybe unzip?

Re: telnet?

If you're subscribed for BIS then only POP3 and IMAP protocol is accepted. What every you do you have to have BlackBerry data plan on your device and for which you need to pay your carriers designated price.

BlackBerry devices have file manager. To access that go to Media -> click Menu -> select Explore.

You are asking for a telnet client right ?

--> midpSSH is an SSH and telnet client. Freeware. http://www.xk72.com/midpssh/index.php
