i've been looking for my voice notes sent from my blackberry messenger (not by record it manually) and i can't find it on my voice notes! where have them gone? the last voice note was saved was on 1/12/12, and the following day was the day i ugraded my blackberry messenger. i need help! ASAP! thank you x

There are two ways to Send Voice Notes on BBM Contact:

A. Send a Voice Note using BBM

1. In BlackBerry® Messenger, during a chat, press the Menu key.
2. Click Send.
   

• To send a voice note, click Voice Note. Record your message. Click Send.*

*You cannot save voice notes or send saved voice notes.

B. Create a Voice Note

1. In voice notes, click the record icon.
2. Perform any of the following actions:

• To pause recording, click the pause icon. To resume recording, click the record icon.
• To stop recording, click the pause icon. Click the stop icon.

Send a Voice Note

1. Record your voice note.
2. When finished recording, select Send As BBM Contact
3. Choose your phone or email contact and click Send when ready.

I would just like to correct something here:

*You cannot save voice notes or send saved voice notes.

If you wanna send a saved voicenote, send it as a File and not as a Voicenote as it will record a new one.

i recently upgraded to the torch 9810  OS 7 from my bold 9700  OS 6, 

this is my 4th BB, i use voice notes alot,  But from Day one i have not been able to send , or listen to any voicenotes, i can receieve them, but cant listen to them unless i attach to my home computer. My BB plays music,, i can hear all other sounds but cannot play voicenotes. 

when i goto make a voice note,,it starts to record..and when im done, i cannot stop the recording,, after a few moments i end up exiting the program.. 

is this a bug? for OS 7 and BBM? as i had No issues with my old Blackberry at all .

Any update regarding this? I also have the same prob. my voicenotes before (sent or received) were automatically saved.
