I have both wifi service and a data plan. Does the Hotspot browser use the wifi service or my data plan. When the Hotspot browser is used and wifi is turned off, I can still connect to the Internet. Does the browser automaticaly connect to the open service? Does the Hotspot browser first choose wifi and if not found, connect via my data plan? Do other applications choose between these services. I realize that message services and email are bound to Blackberry Internet Services which go through my data plan, but what of other apps such as Google Mobile or Reuters?
