Downloaded Applications for BlackBerry® 10

A friend and I just got the z10 phone today and so far none of the bbm messages between us have been delivered.

It works fine to others contacts no on z10.

Anyone had/having this problem please?

Do you receive a red X or a clock icon when sending BBM messages?  Are you connected to a Wi-Fi network as well?

VictoriusFerret you try to say that BBM on Z10 works only over wifi? I think that must work either wifi and cellural.

BBM works over Mobile Network and Wi-Fi.  I am just investigating lekpa_sparkles issue more in depth to see if the BlackBerry smartphone is only connected to the Mobile Network or Wi-Fi.

I can only get my BBM to work in WIFI... when I disconnect WiFi BBM stops and i lose the BB icon...What must be done?  is this a carrier issue? my apn works fine as does my internet, emails etc...

I had the carrier turn off my BIS and 24 hrs later it started working:-)
