BBM problem



Hi,
I just bought a blackberry 10,
When i switched from my old BB to my New one every thing went Ok , even BBM worked fine
But for some reasons i decided to restore my BB10 to a factory setting,
I faced a problem to start BBM again!! I tryed to follow the same steps that i applyed before( using link software) but it did not work!!
Please tell me what to do to solve this problem, i don't want to lose my list on my BBM contacts

Use your blackberry id when BBM prompt you the login pass it will transfer all BBM contacts

Hi, my bbm7.0 is not displaying pictures to my contact, all they see is the existing pics. What can I do

Since yesterday my BBM keep showing, " associating BBM with your Id " it was working normally before that, also while getting this screen I am still receiving bb messages in the hub but when I try to read it the application will not work and it will show me the screen above.

I"ve been having same problem with my Z 10 since Friday evening, getting fed up now, can only read the 1st line of my bbm from the hub, cant open it or reply or even access my bbm

I think in blackberry z 10 only BBM version 10 is available, so how I can download v 7.0 to fix this issue?

there is currently only one version of BBM for the Z10 indeed.

I had similar symptoms. I was able to resolve things. See this post:
