Blackberry Travel Automatic trip Scanning wont turn on

Turning on Automatic Trip Scanning replies that I don't have an email setup, yet there is one in my profile (Work email). Anyone have any ideas why this happens?

Have you tried sending the travel info email to Travel directly (to your xxx@blackberry.worldmate.com address)?

no, but if that is a required step o use the app, it's not worth it. It seems that the app, which is loaded in my personal space doesn't want to connect to work space email.
