Blackberry Z10 - Enterprise activation issue

I follow the process as follow:

- Settings

- Add Account

- Email, Calendar and Contact

- enter email address ... Looking up for connection

- enter password ... Entering the Enterprise Activation password ... Looking up connection

- This email provider may not be trustworthy ... Click continue .. Looking up connection

and then get a message:

Make sure your email address and password are entered correctly.

If you are trying to add a work account, make sure your enterprise activation code has not expired.

I have trying quite a few times, and requested 3 times for may admin team an enterprise activation code, but I cannot activate and get this working.

Can you help?

Re: Blackberry Z10 - Enterprise activation issue

Hey Thierrymedina,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

Does your company have BlackBerry Enterprise Server 10?  Also are you setup with a BlackBerry Enterprise plan from your network service provider?

I would suggest asking your IT admin for a new password and the server address.

Cheers.

Re: Blackberry Z10 - Enterprise activation issue

Hi Thierrymedina,

BES 10 is required to Enterprise Activate any BlackBerry 10 smartphones.  Previous versions of BES will not work on the BlackBerry Z10.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Cheers.

Re: Blackberry Z10 - Enterprise activation issue

if your company allows ActiveSync, you can connect your Z10 to your corporate network, and have :
- emails
- contacts
- calendar

Just ask your IT admin how to do the ActiveSync setup (they'll give you an address).

if you want more than those three sync, then your BES admins have to upgrade their BES servers to BES10.

Re: Blackberry Z10 - Enterprise activation issue

Hi,

We are using 9700/9780/9900/9790 BlackBerry with BlackBerry Enterprise Services plan activated on user BlackBerry Numbers from Airtel and its working fine our BlackBerry server is in US. US IT person will provide us the activation password and we will activate the BlackBerry.

But now we have purchase Z10 BlackBerry and cut our Mini SIM to Micro and install in Z10 BlackBerry but the problem is - While powering on the BB it shows - Connect to a Mobile Network : Airtel and An internet connection hasn't been established. Connect to Wi-Fi network to continue with setup..

Due to that we can't enter with "Mobile Network" but with Wi-Fi we can enter and initially we login with Wi-Fand then turn off the Wi-Fi and with Mobile Network we can make phone calls and SMS but internet & Enterprise Email configuration is not working.

Kindly suggest where is the problem.

Thanks Mandeep
