NatWest Banking App

Previously used the Curve 8520 and the NatWest App worked fine.

The Z10 delivers an error message "unavailable on tbhis device"

 

Is there a solution?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

The solution is for the developers of the app to start from scratch and write their app for your device/OS level. As has always been, the app developers choose which BB model numbers / OS Level combinations they will support. With so many combinations, most developers choose to not support everything.

With BB10, it was made more complex due to BB10 not being an evolution from BBOS, but rather a totally new OS. Hence, rather than merely porting their app as with legacy, with BB10 the developers must write the app completely from scratch.

In any event, the best place for your inquiry is to the developers of the app...for they control it's destiny. You can usually find contact information for the developer in AppWorld -- if you access via PC/browser and NOT log into your BBID, you should be able to find it.
