My Carrier: O2


I've had my new Q10 for a few days and everything was working well - then suddenly twitter errors with the message:


"The login information for your Twitter account has changed or is incorrect. Please update it and try again"


It hasn't changed and isn't incorrect - I deleted the app and account and reinstalled and still it is not working - please advise.

Are you able to log into other social media accounts on your BlackBerry Q10, such as Facebook?  Also, try changing your Twitter password on your computer, then try logging in again on your device.
