music wont download/cant access payment options

I don't know what happened. I bought an entire album off app world. 1 song downloaded and now the rest from that album won't download. And now I cannot get into my payment options from my phone. This is all happening on my Z10

What is the error you're receiving when you try to access your payment options?  Are you able to download applications?  Are you connected via Wi-Fi or Mobile Network?

Payment option works fine now that I download a new song and paid via PayPal and not my rogers account. This particular album will not download via wifi or mobile network.

The issue of not being able to download the music i paid for is still an issue. As well, Some updates are not installing now. What is going on?

I have a bunch of songs still that i cancelled the payment on as they did not download. They still appear in my app world. How Do i remove them???

What updates are not installing?  Also when you state there is songs that you cancelled, are these appearing in My World?  Please clarify.
