APP WORLD NOT OPENING SINCE I DOWNLOADED VERSION 10.0.10.82 SOFTWARE

HI,

 

Can someone please assist before i break this **bleep** fone and never recommend a bb to anyone else.

 

ever since a friend of mine and myself updated our software both our app worlds do not work , making thise fone useless. we are both on different networks he is on cell c i am on mtn.

 

please contact me via email **removed**

 

app world is not opening at all.

This has been covered in several dozen threads already in the past week.

 

On your Z10, go to your Music or Games icon.
Tap the lower right three dots overflow icon and touch BlackBerry World.
Now, BlackBerryWorld should start for you.
