According to blackberry there is no issue ..Vodacom escalated , and iv discovered im not the only one

thats getting the error , Maybe blackberry dont wana take ownership ..i give up

Well, you're not the only one getting this issue, I see others as well.

 

When Vodacom escalated the issue to BlackBerry support, did you get an "incident number" and a phone number?

You should, and you need to call Vodacom back if you did not.

 

Let me ask, if you reboot the device does the BBM connection work?

iv registred under the network options , iv hardbooted
no success ..il call Voda again..but thanks for your feedback

Make sure you get a RIM incident number & phone number.

Mine too. My Z10 BBM error for about two hours. But now is working by it self again. Seems like error from the BBM server....
