every time that i try to buy an app on my BB Z10 i got this message

there were problems completing this purchase please try again later (error id:0)

what can i do?

I had an android before I switch to BBZ10, same carrier, same contract, same phone number and never had a problem buying app on my phone bill.

I am not here to argue with you. BlackBerry provides each carrier the ability to enable their subscribers to pay using carrier billing. For some reason that I believe are on the carrier side, most carriers have refused this feature. Please read more in this article from the public knowledge base.
