BlackBerry travel scan not working(z10)

Is it a bug that blackberry travel scans your email for confirmation only for it to forward a blank email to trips@blackberry.com?

I think that's why my trips aren't automatically entered into the app. Is it a bug, a mis configuration or a feature?
