There can be different reasons for this. As far as I can see, you are using a Z10, maybe the apps do not work on your device yet ? Maybe only on older BlackBerry Devices (OS 7 or earlier) and not on BlackBerry 10 (which is the OS of your Z10). Or maybe the developer has just set up some restrictions on carrier, and such.
if you look at the apps you mention in a normal browser on your pc, you can see what the restrctions are of every app (country, carrier, devices) and see if they match for you. If there is still something not clear, you should contact the developer(s) of these apps for more information.
