PayPal preapproved payments has been deactivated!

Try to buy an App but get problem with PayPal :

= To protect your account, this preapproved payments has been deactivated. To reactivate it, reset your PIN.

Also try to use credit card, but does not take US dollars as I have Canadian credit card!

I just can't buy the app.

Try contacting PayPal to let them know the error you are receiving. It sounds like a restriction put in place that they can remove. Also double check that the credit card details they have is correct and not expired.

in BlackBerry World, go in the option and type your paypal password again.
