blackverry travel is not retrieving details from my email

BlackBerry travel is not retrieving travel details from the travel information in my emails. The option in my email menu to add the details to BlackBerry travel does not exist.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Can you provide some more information please so we can assist you better?

 

  1. What version of the BlackBerry Travel app do you have installed?
  2. Is the primary email address in the BlackBerry Travel app the same as the email address of the BlackBerry ID you used to setup your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone?
  3. Is trip scanning enabled in the BlackBerry Travel app?
  4. Can you please try forwarding your itenerary to trips@blackberry.com and let me know if that allows it to be added to the application?
