You might decide to choose a different cloud backup/restore application.

 

There are several in AppWorld. What all are you wanting to backup, Contacts/Address Book?

Third-party apps may work on BlackBerry devices even if they are not downloadable from the BlackBerry App World.  However, it's not a guarantee when it comes to functionality since BlackBerry devices are using a different platform versus Android or Air apps.  If it's possible, you can send an email communication to the app developer if he/she/they can suggest to have it available to BlackBerry App World by going to www.developer.blackberry.com.

You will need to either download applications from App World store, or by downloading the application .cod file and using loader.exe to install (or using a ".jad" installer file.

Does Myanmar place any blocks on BlackBerry or the BlackBerry World app store? I don't know.
