Downloaded applications for BlackBerry® Smartphones and Tablets

I m trying to download facebook application but it gives me download failed and details of the failure is 907 C0D invalid So please tell me what can I do to solve this problem although Iremoved the facebook old version V1.9 . Any help

Hello Ahmed_moussa and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Go to Options>Applications or Options>Device>Application Management and locate Facebook for BlackBerry. 

Highlight it and select Menu>Delete or hit the DEL key.

Once Facebook is removed, ensure you reboot your BlackBerry - if you aren't prompted to reboot, pull your battery.

After the device has completed the reboot cycle, go to www.blackberry.com/facebook on your device browser or search for Facebook in App World.

You should now be able to install Facebook on your BlackBerry.

Still not working . i removed it and then i reeboted the phone .now i dont have the facebook application .any solution

Did you go to the website as previously posted or try to reinstall from App World?

When you went to the website, www.blackberry.com/facebook, did you get an error when you went to install it? If so, what was the error?

When you used App World to install Facebook, were you able to click on the Install button? Did it already shown installed?

when i started to download from web site . it started normally and then asked me to replace the old files with an old ones .and then at last it tells me download cancelled details 907 COD invalid

And when i started downloaded from App world at last of downloading it tells me installation failed and tells me to reinstall . Any Susgestion

Hmmm.....the website saying to replace old files seems as if the old version wasn't deleted.

Under Options>Applications or Options>Device>Application Management, do you see any trace of Facebook? 

If not, then you will need to back up your device data and do a security wipe as shown in KB14058 and enable the option to remove 3rd party installed pplications. Once the wipe is completed, before restoring your back up file, go to the mobile site to install Facebook.

Let me know how you make out.

I didn't traced facebook so I have removed all the 3rd party application and before back up files I went 2 mobile. Site and I got the same erorr
What else can I do

Reinstall your device software as shown in KB11320. 

After the reload completes, go to the mobile site to reinstall. If the error still persists then you will need to contact your mobile carrier to have this issue investigated into further.
