Re: 907 Invalid COD (app world)

Hi bayold,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Sorry to hear about the issue you are having downloading BlackBerry App World™ storefront. To resolve this error message, please make sure you have no earlier versions of BlackBerry App World installed on your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9700 smartphone. Then please clear your browser cache, reinsert your battery and try to reinstall BlackBerry App World from www.blackberry.com/appworld using your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9700 smartphone browser. This KB article shows how to clear the browser cache on your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9700 smartphone. "How to clear the BlackBerry Browser cache on a BlackBerry smartphone" http://bbry.lv/KOFLhl

Hope this helps.

Re: 907 Invalid COD (app world)

Hi rahullllll,

Welcome to the Support Community!

I would recommend backing up your data using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software and performing a clean reload of your BlackBerry® Device Software. For further instructions, please see the following KB articles.

For Windows®: "How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device Software for Windows" http://bbry.lv/GI9beY
For Mac: "Perform a clean reload of BlackBerry smartphone application software using BlackBerry Desktop Software on a Mac computer" http://bbry.lv/J0UN1U

Please test to make sure the issue has been resolved before restoring any data from your backup file.

Hope this helps.

Re: 907 Invalid COD (app world)

Hi rahullllll,

Please complete the software reload first, then when it is finished, make sure the uncaught exception error is no longer there.

Before you restore any information from your backup file, please try downloading App World again from http://bbry.lv/KYiBCo

If you receive the message "net_rim_bb_appworld_eula. already exists", please uninstall the version of BlackBerry App World™ storefront that is currently on your BlackBerry® Curve™ 9220 smartphone before trying to reinstall it.

Thanks.
