9300 bbm update to 7.0 not working - URGENT

All of a sudden my phone only works through wifi connection at home when before it was fine without it.

 

for example: cannont access app world

 

Error Msg:  We cannot connect you to BlackBerry App World. Please ensure that your device is connected to the wireless network and try again  :smileyfrustrated:

 

This was never an issue before it used to work perfect

 

ALSO

 

NEW BBM 7.0 does not open I have messages i cannot read because of this 

 

Error Msg: Associating BBM with your BlackBerry ID

 

I am paying for BBM that does not work  :Censored:

I suggest you log in BlackBerry ID first of all.

home screen >> options icon >> device >> blackberry id

i go to homescreen then options and i get these options:

 

launch by typing: universal search / application shortcuts

 

wall paper settings: change wallpaper/ reset wallpaper 

 

number of icon rows: no icons / 1 / 2

 

downloads folder: home/ media etc

 

reset settings

sorry I was too vague. From the home screen, do not open the menu and to to the options.

What you need to do, is on the home screen, find the Options icon. It is a grey wrench.

networks and connections

display

typing and input

device

security

accessibility

third party applications

 

 

 

Clicked on device:

 

auto on/off

device and status information

convenience ekys

search

location Settings

Maps

software updates

storage

application Management : found where it says blackberry identity version 6.3.0.14 type cpu

about Device Versions

Advanced system settings

I am sorry I think my guidelines were not correct because they are for OS7 and you have OS6.

from the home screen, incoke the universal search (the magnifying glass in the top right corner) and type in :
blackberry id

among the results, you will have one in the Options. Click on it and log in your BlackBerryID (the same as in My World).

once this is done, do a battery pull, and redo the same.

right done this step my details were there already but recieved an email from bb id saying acc info has been successfully updated.

 

still recieving msg: 

*associatin bbm with your bbm bb id

*a temporary bbm server error has occured

 

blackberry Messenger failed to register with bbm service. registration is necessary to use the features of this application. please ensure your device time is correctly set, open the my profile screen and check the bbm registration status.
