APPWORLD OVER CHARGING FOR APPS

I downloaded Stereotube for my PlayBook from AppWorld where it was listed at £0.75p. However I was charged £2.00p.  I have contacted the developer, and he says it is an AppWorld issue. How do I contact AppWorld for a partial refund? I cannot find a customer support telephone number or an email address to complain to. PayPal recommend talking to sellers before raising the issue with them.

Please someone can you supply a contact telephone number.

Thank you

If you can still see the price, take a screenshot. then open paypal dispute. You already spoke to the developer

If you had used card, could phone your card bank. But you may lose more thsn £1.25 on the 0845 call!

Re: APPWORLD OVER CHARGING FOR APPS

Already tried that......

Keep getting the following error message "An unknown error occurred processing your refund request. Please try again later."

It was the same yesterday too. Double checked all my details and they are correct.

Re: APPWORLD OVER CHARGING FOR APPS

Found a tech support telephone number 0800 0962805 for Blackberry UK.  Selected the option for PlayBook (you will need your serial number to hand) and was put through to a very helpful person who has taken all my details and said they will investigate the problem and call me back tomorrow.

Called at 17:30 on Sunday and got a relpy.

Just got to wait and see
