Amazon MP3

I've been using Amazon MP3 to download music onto my phone for a few months with no problems. Now when I try and download anything its says it can't process it. The Amazon help page says to check my account settings which I've done and they seem OK. I've changed my debit card recently but the details are all up to date. Any ideas?
