App download

I downloaded the Appworld program then tried to download the AOL instant messenger app, but when I click on the emailed link to do this, no link pops up that allows me to install. Instead, a 'Refer-A-Friend' page loads. How do I install the program? I Have a Curve 8310 and my PC has the Vista 64 bit OS.

Re: App download

I'm sorry but your original query is making no sense. App World is installed on the BB. You use it, on the BB, to find AIM. When you find it, in AppWorld on the BB, you have a Download button that downloads and installs AIM. No PC involved...no BB web browser involved...
