Since you are receiving these errors with multiple applications, I would suggest first backing up all your data using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software and then performing a clean reload of your BlackBerry® Device Software. BlackBerry 7 is not available for your BlackBerry Torch 9800 smartphone, however the clean reload should resolve any software issue that may be causing this. Please test to make sure you no longer see these errors before restoring your backup file.
If that doesn't help, then the issue may be hardware related. In that case I recommend contacting your mobile network provider again for other options.
