I have updated BBM om my 9700 and now cannot access BBM. All I get is a white screen with the message "Associating BBM with your BlackBerry ID". - it never connects. I have a good internet connection.
Can anyone from BlackBerry help please

We're not from BlackBerry, we're users just like you. However, I'd like to take a crack at your issue.
Start with a battery pull. This is most likely just a software glitch that can be corrected with a battery pull. To do this, remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.

Ihave tried deleting BBM. There does not appear to be an option in the phone so I linked the phone with BlackBerry desktop softwear and using the install/remove option.
I received two error messages
BBM Conversations and
both messages were
BlackBerry® Desktop Software failed to validate your BlackBerry® device update.
Aborting install due to validation failure. Some packages contained unsatisfied dependencies.
