Can someone please help me.

I have the 9780 Bold.

I updated the bb app world and the icon is missing.

Apart from that I cannot download anything from the internet and this is highly frustrating.

Please help.

Article ID: KB29422 BlackBerry App World icon is missing after upgrading to BlackBerry App World 4.0.0.63 to 4.0.0.65

On BlackBerry 6 OS versions prior to 6.0.0.706 and the App World Icon is not visible, please download and install the BlackBerry App World 4.0.0.55.

1. Open the BlackBerry Browser on the BlackBerry smartphone.
2. Browse to http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=appworld3
3. After download, please restart your BlackBerry smartphone when prompted.
4. Verify that BlackBerry App World is located on the home screen.

What about with My Device BB Curve 9300 3G , When I've downloaded App world v4.0.0.65 suddenly Appworld Icon lost. I can do nothing !! Please give a Best Solution?? Thank's so much

I just wanted to ask how'd I do the step #4 verify the balckberry app world located to the home screen. Sorry, I got confused! I did the first 3 steps successfully and got bothered on the 4th. Please reply. thanks!

Haha! that's my problem. I rebooted it, I tried to turned it on and off but then nothing happened. There's no blackberry app on the home screen. But I tried to look on my application management, it is installed.

OK, then you have not correctly followed #1 and #2.

1. Open the BlackBerry Browser on the BlackBerry smartphone.
