BBM HELP

Hello,

 my name is Karim and I'm new to this forum,

 

 My BBM icon has disappeared after I tried to download the new version of BBM.

I have the Bold 9780 and my version is v6.0.0.285.

Tried to follow some advices about deleting the app and redownloading it but when I try to download it again, it says that my device doesn't meet the system requirements to support BBM.

Any help on how to get BBM back again would be greatly appreciated.

I checked the link and it's working fine. As Xandrex mentioned have a device reset and try again.
