I downloaded the new bbm this morning from v4.5 to v5.1?

my os is v5 with a 9520 storm 2

I have uninstalled, then reinstalled about 3 times.

performed many soft resets,

a total system wipe,

and still no luck?

If you go to: Options - Applications do you see BlackBerry Messenger listed? If so, highlight it and press the Menu Key and select Delete. Once this is done, reboot your device then go to: www.BlackBerry.com/BBM using your BlackBerry browser and then download/install BlackBerry Messenger again.

I have managed to delete the BBM icon, I can't see it anywhere, but I can see old bbm converstations.  From here I can navigate to the Contact List and start new converstaions.  How can I find the icon?

Please help me
